Defective / Exchanged items:
All manufacturing defective items will be exchange with same product or with other product of same price as per customers wish.

Customer has to inform us within 4 days of parcel received.

Customer may also exchange with item of higher value on extra payment.

Returns
Our policy lasts 4 days. If  4 days have gone by since your delivery date mentioned or stamped through courier service, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be replaced or exchange.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, Refund are inform of Store Coupons, which you can redeems any other time for your next order Or if you want we can refund in your Bank Directly.

Or can avail Pick up from our end on nominal fees of Rs 80 which we pay to courier company.

We dont charge pick up Service for exchange, but in case of Return / refund it will be deducted from your final amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
